- Soft, felt-textured surface
- White and Soft White are the permanent colors. Other colors are closeouts, available while supplies last.
- Acid free, neutral pH, chlorine free
- Prints with letterpress, engraving, foil stamping, thermography, offset and silkscreen; takes calligraphy and blind embossing
Why Arturo
Arturo was designed by Legion Paper in 2002 to sit between handmade papers that feel extraordinary but print inconsistently, and commercial stocks that print reliably but feel like nothing. The result is a complete Italian stationery suite: hand-torn deckles, matched envelopes, and a soft surface that holds up under real print work.
- The edges soften everything. Natural torn deckles change how the piece feels in the hand before anything is printed.
- A recognizable envelope. Arturo envelopes have their own shape and posture. They change how the suite feels in the mail.
- The texture stays restrained. Soft and tactile without turning fibrous or rustic, so the printing stays sharp.
- Made as a system. Cards, folds, reply sets and envelopes are designed together, not assembled from separate stocks.
- Sheets for your own sizes. Text and cover sheets up to 600gsm let you cut and convert the same Italian texture yourself.
